2. Description of the Service

The Service allows users to upload Office documents and convert them into PDF format. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to upload and convert the files you submit.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Data Processing & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your data.

Uploaded files are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are automatically deleted after a short retention period (typically within one hour).

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of POLITETECH SOFTWARE LLC.

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your files.

6. Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLITETECH SOFTWARE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Payments & Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe, Inc..

We do not collect, store, or process your full payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards and PCI-DSS compliance.

By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan, including any recurring subscription fees, taxes, or applicable charges.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and ensuring that your payment method remains valid.

10. Changes to These Terms
